Here's a list of restaurants we recommend. Don't hesitate to make a reservation.
The restaurant has a shaded, ventilated terrace. A very good Creole restaurant: a place where you feel good, with local cuisine simmered with passion and prepared using fresh local produce. Dishes are hearty and well-presented.

Bordered by the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Atlantic Ocean to the west, Guadeloupe is an archipelago of 1,780 km2 with two main islands: Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, separated by the Salée River. The islands of Guadeloupe are : Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade, the islands of Petite Terre, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
There are so many places to see, here's a quick selection, but we'll be there to help you organize your stay.
Pointe des Châteaux is an 11 km-long peninsula at the eastern end of Grande-Terre island.
The sunrise here is magnificent.Under this mysterious name, there isn't a single castle, but a sort of natural fortress, made up of large, steep cliffs, in some places detached from the coast. A veritable lace of stone, where wild beaches curl up. A place of great beauty, one of Guadeloupe's most emblematic landscapes.
A small fishing village surrounded by high wooded hills, Deshaies is full of charm. Situated on the north-west coast, it is home to many Caribbean-style wooden houses.
The village's botanical garden is one of Guadeloupe's top attractions. Coluche's former estate is home to a lush garden with rare plants and beautiful parrots.
There are two Petite Terre islands in the Atlantic Ocean. The coral reef acts as a natural barrier and living space for marine fauna. The lagoon and its seagrass beds are highly diverse and productive ecosystems. The sandy beaches enable turtles to lay their eggs. The salt marsh ecosystem is home to several species of mangrove and offers a unique refuge for migratory birds and iguanas.
